Unfortunately, we do not currently offer same-day delivery. We offer next-day delivery throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Orders and inquiries received by 10:00 AM may qualify for next-day delivery, subject to flower availability and scheduling.

Absolutely. Every EORA arrangement is designed to order. Share your preferred color palette, floral varieties, style, and budget, and we'll create something uniquely yours.

Each arrangement is handcrafted using premium seasonal blooms. While flower varieties may vary based on seasonal availability, the overall aesthetic, color palette, and value of your arrangement will be maintained.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will use our best judgment to leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate. If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact the recipient directly.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact EORA within 24 hours of delivery. We value every customer experience and will do our best to address any concerns and find a suitable resolution.

Absolutely. A complimentary personalized card message can be included with every arrangement.

For the longest vase life, keep your flowers in fresh water, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Change the water every 1–2 days and trim the stems as needed.
