Refund Policy

At EORA, each arrangement is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted to order using fresh floral selections. Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once confirmed.

We take great care in creating and preparing every order to ensure it arrives beautifully and in the highest quality condition. If you experience an issue with your arrangement, we kindly ask that you contact us within 2 hours of delivery so our team can properly review and assist with your concern.

Order Concerns

Please inspect your order upon arrival. In the rare event that your arrangement arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us promptly within the required timeframe. To help us evaluate the matter accurately, photos of the arrangement upon delivery may be requested.

Refunds

Refunds are issued solely in circumstances where an order could not be fulfilled or if an error occurred on behalf of EORA. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time depending on your banking institution or payment provider.
